Hold times average under two minutes. Agents resolve the issue on the first call, every time. Bundled premium came out 11% below MiWay for the same cover.
Filed a geyser claim and the plumber was on site in three hours. Only gripe is the app — I had to phone in to upload a single photo because the upload kept failing.
Cover and service are excellent but the standard R4 000 excess hurts on a 2014 Polo. I'd pay a bit more monthly to halve the excess if they offered the option.
